EVENT SCHEDULE

10:00am Valet, Registration & the range Opens

Please have your digital valet pass ready to show at the entrance gate. Please take everything you need for the day with you when you leave your vehicle.

Make your way to REGISTRATION to receive your badge for the day, your scoREcard and meet your caddie! If you are bringing your own caddie please have them visit the caddie tent at registration to get their caddie bib.

Be sure to grab your golf balls from our volunteers on the range and keep an eye out for the different celebrities and pros that will be warming up beside you.

Ossum Wellness will be set on the range to provide Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to get you warmed up for your round!

11:00am Golf talk ON the range

Golf Talk’s Mark Zecchino will run us through the day and chat with some PGA Pros!

12:30PM Shotgun start

Please head to your shuttle cart or make your way to your starting hole with your group and caddies.

5:30pm Cocktails & Awards

FORMAT & scoRING

YOUR PRO-AM TEAM WILL BE MADE UP OF 4 AMATEURS + 1 PRO PLAYING YOUR CHOICE OF TWO FORMATS*:

2 NET BEST BALL

PLAY YOUR OWN BALL AND RECORD THE 2 LOWEST INDIVIDUAL HOLE SCORES

SHAMBLE

YoUR TEAm selects the best drive, all golfers play their own balls from that position to the hole.

* if your team does not select a format you will be placed in the shamble competition

SCORING

SCORING WILL BE DONE VIA GOLF GENIUS. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE APP PRIOR TO THE ROUND. ONE PERSON ON YOUR TEAM WILL SCORE FOR THE GROUP.

 CADDIES

CADDIES ARE MANDATORY FOR THE PRO-Am. PARTICIPANTS MAY BRING THEIR OWN CADDIE OR OUR CADDIE CHAIRS WILL ASSIGN a volunteer caddie if REQUIRED. IF bringing your own caddie, rsvp by may 20th, a volunteer caddie will be assigned to you after this date.

  • ALL CADDIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO CARRY BAGS. PULL CARTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

  • WE RECOMMEND YOUR CADDIE ARRIVE WITH YOU TO THE GROUNDS.

  • if bringing a caddie, they must check in at the caddie tent to receive their caddie bib.

 CREDENTIALS & TICKETING

IN ORDER TO ENTER HAMILTON GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, YOU WILL REQUIRE A DIGITAL VALET PASS TICKET.

PLEASE PRESENT YOUR DIGITAL TICKET WHEN ENTERING THE TOURNMENT GROUNDS. PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE REGISTRATION TENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PHYSICAL CREDENTIALS FOR THE DAY.
